JOB TITLE:  Level One Network/Systems Technician

We are seeking a technically proficient, out-going individual to join our Field Systems Support Team. This Systems Engineer will assist the Sales staff by providing pre-sales application analysis, solution development and follow through with hardware/network deployment and training for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of network operating systems and hardware
  • Knowledge and/or support experience with popular business and graphics software applications
  • Self-motivated
  • Enjoys technical challenges
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong reading comprehension skills for researching technical and software manuals
  • Customer service and training skills
  • A strong desire to succeed and have fun doing it

 

JOB TITLE:  Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, target, and develop accounts to increase market share
  • Attain or exceed assigned goals
  • Establish A+ Imaging Systems as the standard through effective account penetration
  • Effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions to customer needs
  • Manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction
  • Satisfy internal reporting requirements, customer database, forecasting, bid submissions, demo requests, and business/sales activity reports
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to identify and resolve end-user product/service issues
  • Must possess a strong internal drive to succeed, be able to self-motivate, and to meet or exceed projected accurate forecasts
  • Strong ability to foster enthusiasm and teamwork, present a positive and forward-thinking attitude, and commitment to the company’s goals
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve business issues and build win-win solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade with a positive attitude
